As many of you know we have a Patient Participation Group where we discuss many items regarding the practice and current developments.

Patient Participation Group (PPG) is an excellent platform that allows patients and practice staff to meet and discuss the provision of care services at community level.

We must emphasize though that the PPG is not a forum for individual complaints. The practice has a robust complaints procedure in place already.
