General Action Plan
The feedback on the physical environment and the doctor consultation was very positive throughout, there were no significant issues identified.
The free text comments where mostly very positive.
Some people commented on problems to get through to the nurse to obtain test results. There is a dedicated phone number for results, and patients are advised to ring between 1-2 or 5-6 pm.
- The telephone system will be updated to re-direct phone calls on the result phone line to the receptionists if the nurse is on the phone or unavailable.
- The receptionists will be trained to access results and inform patients of normal results. If the results are abnormal they will take a contact number and go on a list for the nurse to ring them back.
